MISENSCÈNE ship to the following destinations on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis: all EU countries. This means that all applicable duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout and no additional shipping costs are required.

If a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) destination is selected (i.e. customers outside of the EU), price you pay to MISENSCÈNE will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs.

We recommend contacting your local customs office to clarify the details of the current charges. Customs policy and import duties may vary depending on your country.

You can pay taxes and duties on the DHL website by clicking “Pay now” on your order’s tracking page, or directly to the courier on the day of delivery. Taxes and duties can also be paid at the DHL office if you pick up the parcel yourself. In case of non-payment of duties or import charges, the order is returned to the sender. The cost of DHL delivery is charged to the recipient.

Please note that if you are requesting a refund for an item you paid duty for, we are unable to refund the duty as it is not collected by us.
